Frequently asked questions

Our dispatch processing time is 3-7 working days (this does not incl. weekends and public holidays) from the point of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification email within this period of time.

Next day delivery is currently not a service we offer.

We do begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make adjustments once submitted. Any new items will only be added by placing a new order.
To remove an item (this does not apply to personalised items) an order would require you contacting WE NEED TO ADD IN EMAIL OF CHOICE quoting your order reference number and full description of the item you wish to remove.
Should you wish to cancel your order we would require you contacting SAME EMAIL AS ABOVE within 1 hour of your order being placed. We will do our best to accommodate.
However if our warehouse has already started to process the order we are unable to cancel it.

The security precaution on our website is set automatically to decline orders that show any signs of being fraudulent. However if you believe this is in error, please email a picture of your ID and the last 4 digits of your card to WE NEED AN EMAIL HERE and if successful you will be invoiced for the purchases you required. Please ensure you quote your order number on all communication.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Hustle Clothing are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country.
These charges vary and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
